Ulrich Harbig

David Roth

David Roth is a specialist in organisational transformation and social innovation. With a proven track record as an experienced facilitator and influential process design specialist, he works to help organisations better understand and sustainably adapt to the often complex and fast-changing environment they are operating in. His recent work includes the design development and implementation of a global long term strategy for an international organisation. Followed by a competencies assessment of a global workforce, and the design, development and delivery of strategic learning interventions on a global scale with diverse cultural contexts. To build and strengthen core campaign skills, organizational leadership, and assist the implementation of the Global Programme. Furthermore he led and facilitated the development and implementation of an Learning Management System, On-Boarding Program, and Knowledge Management System to enhance talent retention and development of the global organisation.

Henrik Johansson

Henrik Johansson designs and leads processes for organizational and personal transformation that empower people and businesses to envision their future, manage change and create the forward movement to manifest visions into reality.

Henrik is the founder of Fantastic Studios consultancy and www.innerisland.net and has been involved in various transformation projects for private clients and organizations including Hyper Island, Greenpeace, LEGO, IKEA etc. Henrik has been facilitating collaborative group processes for 15 years for over 10.000+ people.

Henrik has a passion to make people smarter together and are frequently invited as a speaker and facilitator on innovation topics.

Henrik has been a mindfulness meditation and yoga practitioner for 20 years. In the recent years, he has made meditation and yoga some of his main priorities in life, spending extensive periods of time studying with the meditation master Sayadaw U Tejaniya in Myanmar and practicing yoga with his senior teacher Yogacharya Venkatesha at Atmavikasa Center of Yogic Science, Mysore, India.

He has experience working in Sweden, England, Greece, Switzerland, The Netherlands, France, USA, Mexico, Cuba, India, Singapore, Philippines, China, Taiwan etc.
